GENERAL TERM OF USE

ONLINE SELLING CONTRACT
Online selling contract is a distance contract between the store 4STORES SRL based in Treviso, Viale XV Luglio 85/B, Italy, and a consumer using internet. These General Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the Website, and regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products between the users of the Website and 4STORES SRL. All contracts will be closed directly by the user access to website www.junkplasticrehab.com, where client will finalize the online purchase of goods. It’s assumed that final user is the person that is buying service or goods not for his professional activity.
4STORES SRL shall not be considered liable for any use of the Website and its contents made by its users that is not compliant with the laws and regulations in force.
Here follows all the conditions that will be valid until changed by the supplier. Any change of conditions of sale will be affective from the time they are published on website and will refer to sales made from that moment onwards.

2. SELLS PRICES AND PURCHASE TERMS
All goods prices, that are a consumer offer according to article 1336 c.c., include Italian taxes. Any shipping cost will be shown in website and the client has to check it before buying. The purchase contract is concluded through providing and the expressed agreement of personal data managing.
JUNK provides worldwide shipping, excepted USA. The estimated delivery is in 2-10 days. Any delay in shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific Country of destination is not under our responsibility.

3. BUYER’S DUTIES
It is strictly prohibited to provide false data during the registration process required for execution of this contract and all subsequent communications. The personal data and e-mail address must be real data and not some of another person. It is expressly forbidden to make double entries for a single person or enter data of third parties. The company reserves the right to prosecute any violation or abuse, and for the protection of all consumers.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND COMPLAINTS
Consumers who, for whatever reason, are not satisfied with his purchase could cancel it without penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 15 (fifteen) working days from the conclusion of the contract, by sending an email to Customer Services at support@junkplasticrehab.com, mentioning the purchase order number.
Once we authorize the return of the products, consumer will have 14 (fourteen) days to ship the products back at his own expense. Customer Services will inform consumer where to send the goods. We recommend to pack the original box in a second protective carton suitable for shipping. Please note that each product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all the accessories present at the time of purchase.
In the event that 4STORES SRL discovers damages or the lack of one or more parts of the goods, the company reserves the right not to accept the returned product, or to charge the cost of the missing parts.
Once we have ascertained the integrity of the returned products, 4STORES SRL will refound the order using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.

5. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Website may contain links to other web sites which are in no way connected to 4STORES SRL. 4STORES SRL does not control or monitor such third party web sites or their contents. 4STORES SRL shall not be held liable for the contents of such sites and/or for the rules adopted by them in respect of, but not limited to, consumer’s privacy and the processing of the personal data when visiting those web sites. 4STORES SRL has the right to terminate the contract of sale providing by a written notice to the customer for justified reasons. In this case the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the amount already paid.

These Terms of Use and the other policies of the Website shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. All disputes arising in connection with these Terms of Use shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Treviso, without affecting any consumer’s right to start a claim before the courts of the place of residence.
