Consumers who, for whatever reason, are not satisfied with his purchase could cancel it without penalty and without specifying the reason within the term of 15 (fifteen) working days from the conclusion of the contract, by sending an email to Customer Services at email@example.com, mentioning the purchase order number.
The return shipping cost is up to consumer.
Once we authorize the return of the products, consumer will have 14 (fourteen) days to ship the products back. Customer Services will provide by email the Return Label and will inform consumer where to send the goods. We recommend to pack the original box in a second protective carton suitable for shipping. Please note that each product must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging and with all the accessories present at the time of purchase.
In the event that we discover damages or the lack of one or more parts of the goods, the company reserves the right not to accept the returned product, or to charge the cost of the missing parts.
Optical frames cannot be returned or exchanged if the original lens have been removed or fitted with prescription lens.
Once we have ascertained the integrity of the returned products, we will refund the order using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction within 7 business days.
